After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few simple details that we need in order to satisfy your order, such as your delivery address. Our Mail Order department takes over from there!

Shipping And Handling We use Royal Mail as our prefered carrier. Generally delivery is next day, but you should allow up to five days in some instances. All standard deliveries (UK Mainland) are free of charge.
All orders placed before 3.00PM will be despatched during the same working day, the majority of orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow 2 -5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland), the majority of orders however are received the following working day.

Returns Policy If the customer paid for a product with a credit card, a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the credit card originally used for payment, within 30 days of the date of return.

If a customer paid for product with a bank draft or check and then returns the product, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless the customer provides a copy of the paid bank draft or paid check from his or her financial institution. The customer will be issued a refund check if product is received within the 30-day money back guarantee and the check or bank draft for the original purchase has cleared.

Items received after the 30-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable.
